BIO
My interest in photography dates back to 1979. That's when I bought my first camera with WCB proceeds from a motor vehicle accident. I was instantly hooked. In 1992, I studied journalism at Mount Royal College focusing on photojournalism. Over the years, I've dabbled in many different genres--aerial, wildlife, sports, scenic etc., but the photojournalistic style has always been my preferred category. An event photographer is a photojournalist.
I have owned and operated my own photography businesses over the years and have worked as a freelance photographer for a number of publications. Now that I am retired from a 22 plus year career as a federal public servant, I am putting myself back on the market.
